It can also be called “Ifokore” It is basically made from grated water yam (ewura). Its delicious and unique taste hits differently when accompanied with a cold drink. It usually is not cost friendly because it requires a whole lot of other ingredients to make it enjoyed properly.
Main ingredients: Water yam(ewura), Smoked fish, shaki, ponmo, cray fish, palm oil.

- Moin moin ati Eko : This dish is simply beans pudding and cold pap. It is well known in the western part of Nigeria and is best when eaten together. Most times, both Moin-moin and Eko are wrapped in the local leaves as it is believed that it tastes best when eaten from the leaves.

- Asun/ Peppered Goat Meat : Asun as we widely call it gets its popularity from the western part of Nigeria. Some people decide to roast it while some just boil the goat meat and then spice it with pepper. It is not a main course meal but an appetizer and it is extremely delicious.
